Acceptance and scope

These terms govern use of our website, online appointment and payment features, and general engagement process. A written estimate, invoice or signed service agreement controls the specific scope, deliverables, price and schedule for a particular engagement. If they conflict, the signed service agreement controls that engagement, subject to applicable law.

Services and estimates

We offer tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, business services, immigration form preparation and administrative support, translations, notary services, wedding ceremonies, courses and other services identified in an individual estimate. Credit repair is discontinued and is not offered. An inquiry or website appointment does not create a professional engagement; we begin work when we accept the engagement and applicable payment and documents are received.

Client responsibilities

Provide complete, accurate and timely information; review all forms and deliverables before signing or submitting; disclose relevant deadlines; and promptly respond to document requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you supply and for making final decisions and approvals. We may pause work when required documents or payment are missing.

Professional scope and outcomes

CAM Service does not guarantee a refund, tax result, immigration benefit, government decision, approval or processing time. Immigration form preparation and administrative support do not create an attorney-client relationship. Unless a separately identified licensed attorney is engaged, CAM Service does not provide legal representation or individualized legal advice. We will identify any licensed professional role expressly in the applicable agreement. Notarial acts are performed only when legal identification and other requirements are satisfied.

Price and payment

You receive a service-specific estimate before payment. A common structure is 50% at engagement and 50% upon delivery, but a different percentage, milestone or recurring charge applies when clearly stated in your accepted estimate. Government fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant institution with your own card. Our Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds.

Recurring engagements

Bookkeeping and other continuing services may have recurring charges only when the estimate or recurring payment authorization identifies the amount or calculation, frequency, start date and cancellation method, and you affirmatively authorize them. Ending recurring billing does not erase charges for work already performed.

Delivery and electronic communications

Deliverables may be provided through a designated portal, email, download, in person or by post as agreed for the particular service. You consent to ordinary electronic communications about your inquiry and services. Promotional messages require any separate consent applicable to the channel. Do not submit sensitive documents by an unapproved channel.

Website use and intellectual property

The website content belongs to CAM Service or its licensors. You may use it for personal informational purposes and may not copy, resell, interfere with or misuse the site. General site information is not individualized professional advice.

Limits and disputes

We will discuss service concerns in good faith if you contact info@camservicenj.com. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived. New Jersey law governs these terms to the extent permitted; courts with proper jurisdiction in New Jersey may hear a dispute. Any separate dispute procedure must be expressly agreed in the relevant contract.

Updates and contact

We may revise website terms prospectively by posting a new date. Changes to an accepted service arrangement require the process stated in that agreement or otherwise applicable law. Contact us using the information below.

Servicios y presupuestos

Ofrecemos preparación de impuestos, bookkeeping, nómina, servicios empresariales, preparación de formularios migratorios y apoyo administrativo, traducciones, notaría, ceremonias de boda, cursos y otros servicios indicados en un presupuesto particular. La reparación de crédito está descontinuada y no se ofrece. Una consulta o cita en la web no crea por sí sola una relación profesional; comenzamos cuando aceptamos el encargo y recibimos el pago y documentos correspondientes.

Responsabilidades del cliente

Proporcione información completa, correcta y oportuna; revise todos los formularios y entregables antes de firmarlos o presentarlos; informe los plazos pertinentes; y responda pronto a solicitudes de documentos. Usted responde por la exactitud de los hechos que proporciona y las decisiones y aprobaciones finales. Podemos suspender el trabajo si faltan documentos o pagos.

Alcance profesional y resultados

CAM Service no garantiza reembolsos tributarios, resultados fiscales, beneficios migratorios, decisiones gubernamentales, aprobaciones ni plazos de tramitación. La preparación de formularios migratorios y el apoyo administrativo no crean una relación abogado-cliente. Salvo que se contrate por separado a un abogado identificado y autorizado, CAM Service no ofrece representación ni asesoría legal individualizada. Identificaremos expresamente cualquier función profesional autorizada en el acuerdo aplicable. Los actos notariales se realizan solo si se cumplen los requisitos de identidad y demás requisitos legales.

Precios y pagos

Recibirá un presupuesto particular antes de pagar. Una estructura común es 50 % al contratar y 50 % al entregar, pero se aplicará otro porcentaje, hito o cargo recurrente cuando aparezca claramente en el presupuesto aceptado. Los honorarios gubernamentales son aparte y usted los paga directamente a la institución con su propia tarjeta. La Política de pagos, cancelaciones y reembolsos rige las cancelaciones y devoluciones.

Servicios recurrentes

Bookkeeping y otros servicios continuos pueden tener cobros recurrentes únicamente cuando el presupuesto o la autorización de pago recurrente identifique importe o método de cálculo, frecuencia, fecha de inicio y forma de cancelación, y usted los autorice afirmativamente. Cancelar cobros futuros no elimina cargos por trabajo ya realizado.

Entrega y comunicaciones electrónicas

Los entregables pueden enviarse mediante portal designado, correo electrónico, descarga, entrega presencial o postal, según lo acordado para el servicio. Usted acepta comunicaciones electrónicas ordinarias relacionadas con su solicitud y servicio. Los mensajes promocionales requieren el consentimiento separado que corresponda al canal. No envíe documentos sensibles por canales no aprobados.

Uso del sitio y propiedad intelectual

El contenido del sitio pertenece a CAM Service o a sus licenciantes. Puede usarlo con fines informativos personales y no puede copiarlo, revenderlo, interferir con el sitio ni utilizarlo indebidamente. La información general del sitio no constituye consejo profesional individualizado.

Límites y controversias

La ley de Nueva Jersey rige estos términos en la medida permitida; los tribunales con jurisdicción competente en Nueva Jersey podrán conocer una controversia.
